HC Surgical's (SGX:1B1) subsidiary, Heah Sieu Min (Mt E), renewed its tenancy agreement with Chee and Heah Surgical Associates, to lease around half of the entire clinic space at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital Singapore to Heah Siue, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Chee and Heah is 50% owned by Heah Sieu Min, who is also the chief executive officer of the company.
Meanwhile, the rental payable for the duration of the lease is around SG$576,000.
