智通财经APP讯，中国智能健康(00348)发布公告，证券经纪公司在2026年1月5日至2026年1月6日期间通知Future Empire Limited(Future Empire，本公司间接全资附属公司)，证券经纪公司已强制出售Future Empire所持云锋金融集团有限公司(于香港注册成立的有限公司，其已发行股份于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市(股份代号：376))合共264.6万股股份(云锋股份)，扣除交易成本前的总代价约为920万港元。强制出售完成后，未偿还证券经纪公司款项余额为零。
强制出售是为了清偿Future Empire结欠证券经纪公司的未偿还款项余额。根据证券经纪公司提供的保证金融资条款和条件，如果发生违约事件，证券经纪公司有权处置为客户持有的任何或所有证券，并将所得款项和任何现金存款用于清偿客户结欠证券经纪公司的所有未偿还款项余额。
于强制出售完成后，Future Empire于该证券经纪公司持有431.6万股云锋股份。
