PC Partner (HKG:1263, SGX:PCT) will be delisted from the Hong Kong bourse on Jan. 14, after satisfying all the conditions for its proposed withdrawal, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The last day of trading in the company's shares will be Jan. 8.
The company will retain its existing primary listing of its shares on the Singapore Exchange, the filing said.
