1月6日金融一线消息，江西金融监管局今日发布多则批复，江西农村商业联合银行获批入股多家农商行，以及受让多家机构股份。

　　其中，江西金融监管局同意江西农商联合银行入股上饶农商银行38700万股，占上饶农商银行本次增资扩股后目标总股本的32.76%；同意江西农商联合银行入股德兴农商银行15800万股，占德兴农商银行本次增资扩股后目标总股本的33.5%；同意江西农商联合银行入股广信农商银行19000万股，占广信农商银行本次增资扩股后目标总股本的24.54%；同意江西农商联合银行入股广丰农商银行17000万股，占广丰农商银行本次增资扩股后目标总股本的31.2%。

　　国家金融监督管理总局萍乡监管分局同意江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司对芦溪农商银行入股1250万股，芦溪农商银行增加注册资本1762.5万元人民币，由229601965元人民币变更为242101965元人民币。

　　此外，江西金融监管局还批准江西农村商业联合银行受让多家机构股份。例如，江西金融监管局同意江西农商联合银行受让余干农商银行持有的横峰农商银行抵债股权78435000股，受让德兴农商银行持有的横峰农商银行抵债股权1661900股；同意江西农商联合银行受让赣昌农商银行因司法裁决持有的抵债股权64622294股股份。
