智通财经APP讯，中盈盛达融资担保(01543)发布公告，董事会获佛山金融投资告知，于2026年1月5日，佛山金融投资就转让事项与六名投资者(均为独立于公司第三方)订立产权交易合同。根据产权交易合同，佛山金融投资同意向该六名投资者合共出售公司6000万股内资股，总代价为人民币7691.4万元。转让事项须待广东联合产权交易中心收到投资者支付的代价及相关服务费后并发出交易凭证后，方可作实。 紧随转让事项后，佛山金融投资将仍为公司的单一最大股东及主要股东，于本公告日期直接及间接持有公司已发行股本的约24.1558%。
