新华财经北京1月5日电 1月5日，多位投资者在互动平台向红星美凯龙家居集团股份有限公司（简称“红星美凯龙”）提问，询问申报发行商业不动产REITs方面的计划。
红星美凯龙回复称，商业不动产REITs试点启航，对于持有优质商业物业的公司而言，具有重要战略意义。公司正在会同相关中介机构，遴选适合的商业地产项目，尽早推动商业不动产REITs项目落地，如有进展，公司会及时合规进行披露。
官网显示，红星美凯龙是一家家居装饰及家具商场运营商和泛家居业务平台服务商，主要通过经营和管理自营商场、委管商场、特许经营商场和战略合作商场，为商户、消费者和合作方提供服务。
截至2025年6月底，红星美凯龙经营76家自营商场，235家委管商场，7家战略合作商场，23个特许经营家居建材项目，共包括369家家居建材店／产业街，覆盖全国189个城市，商场总经营面积1936.18万平方米。
