雅各布斯将以 16 亿美元收购 PA Consulting 剩余股份

路透1月5日 - 工程服务提供商雅各布斯J.N周一表示，它将以12.16亿英镑(16.4亿美元收购英国PA咨询公司尚未持有的剩余股份)。

在人工智能基础设施投资强劲 (link)，Jacobs 的目标是利用 PA Consulting 的服务提供更多的客户服务，尤其是在高增长和历史上具有弹性的行业，如先进制造业、生命科学和关键基础设施，包括能源和交通。

这笔交易预计将在交易完成后的头 12 个月内增加雅各布斯的调整后利润，交易的 80% 将以现金支付，20% 以雅各布斯的股票支付。雅各布斯于 2021 年 3 月收购了 PA Consulting 的大部分股份。
