智通财经APP讯，乙德投资控股(06182)发布公告，自2026年1月5日起，Liu Chuang先生已获委任为执行董事、董事会主席兼行政总裁; Christopher K Dinelli先生已获委任为执行董事; 吕振邦先生已获委任为非执行董事; 顾峰先生、吴怡女士及杨家慧女士已获委任为独立非执行董事; 卢永锠先生辞任执行董事、董事会主席兼行政总裁;及舒华东先生、谭伟德先生及谭永乐先生辞任独立非执行董事。
Liu Chuang先生及公司财务总监兼公司秘书周永和先生已获委任为上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表，以及上市规则第19.05(2)条所规定的代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序代理人)，卢永锠先生及冯碧美女士则不再担任公司授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2026年1月5日起生效。
