ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，日本自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起已正式启用经合组织（OECD）发布的加密资产报告框架（CARF），这是一项旨在让世界各国税务当局共享加密资产交易信息的新机制。
日本通过税制改革决定引入该机制，该国国税厅在去年 12 月实施前就公布了面向用户的宣传手册，并推进通过交易所收集信息的准备工作。受该制度实施影响，日本加密交易所 Coincheck 于 1 月 6 日向全体用户发送通知，要求其提交“税务居住地国”等信息。日本其他交易所也将陆续推进信息收集程序。截至 2025 年底前已开设账户的现有用户需在 2026 年 12 月 31 日前提交信息，今年 1 月 1 日以后新开户的用户则需在开户手续中完成申报，若未在规定期限内提交上述信息，或提交内容存在虚假，则可能依据法令受到处罚。
