2025年12月31日，星展银行（中国）有限公司（“星展中国”）在国家外汇管理局（“外管局”）指导下，外汇展业项目成功落地，首批实施分行包括上海、北京和深圳三地分行。星展中国是外管局于出台“1+6”银行外汇展业改革配套制度以来，首家完成该项改革落地的东南亚银行。此举标志着星展中国在深化跨境金融服务、支持中国企业全球化战略和跨国企业在华深耕方面迈出关键一步。
此次改革全面优化了企业客户办理外汇业务的流程体验，显著提升操作标准化水平。根据国家外汇管理局推动的银行外汇展业改革要求，银行将在“了解客户”、“了解业务“和“尽职审查”基础上，由传统的逐笔审单模式，转向以风险为本的事前尽职调查和客户分类、事中差异化审核与事后风险监测机制。通过机制创新、流程再造与科技赋能，实现便利化与风险防控的有机统一。
