新加坡的Grab控股公司表示，已收购总部位于中国的人工智能机器人解决方案开发商Infermove，以强化其配送业务的 “最先一公里” 与 “最后一公里” 服务能力。

　　Grab于周二向路透社发布的一份声明中称：“我们始终在探索更优质、更智能的方式，打通线上与线下场景的连接。我们看到了将Infermove的解决方案在新加坡本土进一步拓展的机遇，以此补充Grab的‘最先一公里’与‘最后一公里’配送能力。”

　　这家纳斯达克上市企业补充表示，其团队将探索如何借助Infermove的自主移动机器人，提升消费者及合作伙伴的体验。本次收购的财务细节未予披露。
