智通财经APP讯，天立国际控股(01773)发布公告，公司董事会获公司执行董事、主席兼行政总裁罗实先生通知，于2026年1月5日，罗先生于公开市场交易购买合共100万股公司普通股，占公司已发行股份总数约0.05%，平均价格为每股股份约港币2.41元。紧随购买后，罗先生直接及间接持有公司共9.12亿股股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约43.56%。罗先生亦已根据购股权计划获授3000万份购股权，使其有权认购3000万股股份，该等购股权于本公告日期概无行使。
据罗先生告知，彼对集团的业务前景及展望充满信心。在符合适用的法律及监管要求下，罗先生不排除会在适当时候进一步增持公司股份的可能性。
董事会谨此宣布，于2026年1月5日，公司于公开市场交易回购20万股公司股份，占公司已发行股份总数约0.0095%。该等回购股份将由公司作为库存股份持有。
