1月5日，山东墨龙涨幅扩大至15%，消息面上，公司近期收到政府以现金方式拨付的补助2,000万元，该补助与收益相关，占公司最近一个会计年度经审计归属于上市公司股东净利润绝对值的45.77%。
值得注意的是，山东墨龙近期获寿光国资出手，通过以物抵债的方式缓解财务压力。12月29日晚间，山东墨龙披露债务重组方案。山东寿光蔬菜批发市场有限公司拟以其持有的评估价值为3.62亿元的位于寿光市科技工业园的土地使用权、房屋建（构）筑物、机器设备等资产，代寿光华融农业科技有限公司向山东墨龙偿还3.61亿元欠款。
