凤凰网科技讯 北京时间1月10日，据路透社报道，埃隆·马斯克(Elon Musk)旗下社交媒体X在周五起诉了18家大型音乐出版商以及一家美国主要音乐产业行业协会，指控它们合谋阻碍竞争，迫使X以被抬高的价格购买音乐作品的授权。
该诉讼在得州联邦地区法院提起，指控美国国家音乐出版商协会、索尼音乐、环球音乐、华纳查普尔和其他音乐出版商拒绝与X就单独的授权协议进行谈判，违反了美国联邦反垄断法。
“X被剥夺了以竞争性条款向任何音乐出版商获取美国音乐作品授权的能力。”诉讼称。
美国国家音乐出版商协会主席兼CEO大卫·以色列特(David Israelite)在一份声明中表示，X是唯一一家未为其平台上的歌曲获得授权的主要社交媒体公司。
以色列特表示：“我们指控X多年来一直存在版权侵权行为，而这起毫无根据的诉讼是一次恶意之举，意在转移视线，掩盖出版商和词曲作者依法对X非法使用其歌曲行使维权权利的事实。”(作者/箫雨)
