智通财经APP讯，铸帝控股(01413)发布公告，于2025年12月30日，本公司(作为“甲方”)与四川省快客汽车服务有限责任公司(“快客公司”，作为“乙方”)订立了一份不具法律约束力的战略合作框架协定，旨在探索及开发大中华地区(包括中国内地及港澳地区)的网路预约计程车(“网约车”)及新能源相关出行市场。
双方认识到大中华区网约车及新能源出行市场的巨大潜力，并基于各自的优势寻求战略协同。本集团在资本运作及跨区域运营方面拥有经验，而快客公司则在当地运营、市场渗透及持有相关业务资质方面具备优势。双方拟通过建立战略伙伴关系，整合资源，把握市场机遇。
董事会相信，与快客公司建立战略合作关系，符合本集团积极探索新增长机会的发展战略。通过结合快客公司在出行领域的运营专长与本集团的资源及平台优势，有助于本集团潜在开拓网约车与新能源这一充满前景的市场领域，长远可能为股东创造价值。
