智通财经APP获悉，豪威集团(00501)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价104.8港元，共发行4580万股股份，每手100股，所得款项净额约46.93亿港元。截至发稿，涨3.05%，报108港元，成交额1.48亿港元。
公开资料显示，豪威集团此前名为韦尔股份，2017年5月份在A股上交所上市，2025年6月份，公司正式更名为“豪威集团”。 作为一家全球化Fabless半导体设计公司，CMOS图像传感器（CIS）是豪威集团主要产品。
据悉，豪威集团主要从事三大业务线：图像传感器解决方案、显示解决方案以及模拟解决方案，能够提供多样化的图像传感器、显示产品、模拟IC和其他半导体组件组合。根据弗若斯特沙利文资料，按2024年图像传感器解决方案收入计，公司是全球第三大数字图像传感器供应商，市场份额为13.7%。
