刘正扬先生(刘先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事，自2026年1月11日起生效。
继吴先生辞任及刘先生获委任(均自2026年1月11日起生效)后，以下董事委员会的组成将变更如下：审核委员会：吴先生不再担任主席，而刘先生接替吴先生获委任为主席;及提名委员会：吴先生不再担任成员，而刘先生接替吴先生获委任为成员。
