Vasta Platform (VSTA) reported late Friday the voluntary delisting of its Class A common shares from Nasdaq, following acquisition by Cogna Educacao.
The company said it expects that the last trading day of its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will be on or about Jan. 29.
