智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2026年1月9日，本公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与滨海驰锦订立保理协议 。根据滨海驰锦反向保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向滨海驰锦提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予反向循环信贷限额人民币4300万元，年利率及保理管理费的和为8.2%，自2026年1月9日起生效及于2027年1月9日到期。
鉴于保理协议乃于悦达商业保理的日常及一般业务过程中进行，在融资期内将为本公司贡献溢利，属于一般商业条款，并有利于本集团扩展业务以及与恒发、滨海经发及滨海驰锦建立长远的业务关系，董事认为，保理协议的条款属公平合理，并符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
