智通财经APP讯，新世界百货中国(00825)发布公告，自2026年1月9日起生效:(1)张辉热先生已辞任为主席及执行董事，并不再担任授权代表，以及执行委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自之成员;(2)郑家纯博士已获委任为主席及执行董事，及执行委员会成员;(3)黄少媚女士已获委任为副主席及执行董事，及执行委员会主席;
(4)执行董事谢惠芳女士不再担任执行委员会主席，惟继续留任为执行委员会成员;(5)执行董事赵慧娴女士及陈耀豪先生已获委任为提名委员会成员;(6)执行董事刘富强先生及陈耀豪先生已获委任为薪酬委员会成员;及(7)刘富强先生已获委任为授权代表。
