消息面上，招商证券国际指出，AI+教育创新持续，市场参与者形成差异化竞争格局；模型能力+体系化内容+情感陪伴+泛化学习情境的综合发展将成为未来趋势。据悉，天立国际控股以旗下全资品牌 “启鸣达人” 为载体，依托自研 “天立启鸣AI学伴” 教育垂类大模型(已通过国家备案)，构建覆盖 “教、学、管、评、考、研” 全场景的AI教育产品矩阵，截至2025年12月已在全国107所学校规模化落地，服务超25万师生。
值得关注的是，据央视新闻报道，2026年教育部将进一步优化高等教育结构布局，把分类推进高校改革作为重大战略任务。同时将启动新一轮“双一流”高校建设，推动研究型大学紧紧围绕科技创业和产业发展。此外，将进一步强化教育对科技、人才的支撑，助力提升国家创新体系整体效能，启动国家交叉学科中心建设，完善高校科技成果转化网络体系，探索关键领域拔尖人才培养新模式。
