消息面上，近日，国家数据局发布关于加强数据科技创新的实施意见。其中意见指出，推动数据科技创新成果高效转化。结合“人工智能+”行动、“数据要素×”行动、数据流通利用基础设施建设等工作，建设一批高价值、广覆盖、强牵引的数据科技应用场景。引导政府部门、国有企业、行业龙头企业、平台企业、数据交易机构等开放数据应用场景，为技术验证提供“试验田”。
值得一提的是，“十五五”规划《建议》指出，要“加快完善要素市场化配置体制机制”“健全数据要素基础制度，建设开放共享安全的全国一体化数据市场，深化数据资源开发利用”。公开资料显示，截至2025年底，数据领域的国家标准已超120项，涉及数据基础设施、可信数据空间、全国一体化算力网、高质量数据集等重点领域的19项技术文件，推动22项国家标准立项。
