智通财经APP讯，易生活控股(00223)发布公告，于2026年1月9日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理将按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份0.102港元向不少于6名承配人配售最多2.71亿股新股份。配售股份将根据于股东特别大会上授予董事之一般授权获配发及发行。配售股份相当于经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股份总数约16.67%。配售事项下最高数目配售股份的面值总额为2712.2万港元。配售价0.102港元相较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.123港元折让约17.07%。
假设所有配售股份获配售代理成功配售，则配售事项的最高所得款项总额估计约为2766.44万港元，最高所得款项净额估计约为2713.3万港元拟用于发展集团的供应链业务、偿还公司若干未偿还应付款项(包括专业费用及偿还贷款)以及补充集团的营运资金。
