智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2026年1月9日，京瑞(公司的全资附属公司，作为发包方)与由正亿建设(作为联合体单位牵头人)与中科盛华(作为联合体单位成员)组成的联合体单位(作为承包方)订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，联合体单位将向京瑞提供EPC服务，以建设EPC项目。EPC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币1.35亿元(含税)。

EPC项目指位于中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市尚志市河东区的100兆瓦风电项目配套设施及基础设施项目。EPC合约项下的EPC服务包括(其中包括)EPC项目范围内的所有勘察、设计、设备材料采购、建筑、安装、检测及验收工作，以及完成EPC项目所需的其他附属及相关服务。
