智通财经APP获悉，周五，Opendoor(OPEN.US)盘前涨超10%，报7.10美元。消息面上，美国总统特朗普周四表示，他正在“指示我的代表”购买2000亿美元的抵押贷款债券，并声称此举将压低利率和月供。特朗普发文称，他之所以发布这一指令，是因为两家政府支持的抵押贷款机构——房利美(FNMA.US)和房地美(FMCC.US)，目前资金十分充裕。
此外，特朗普同日宣称，“现在，我正在特别关注住房市场。”特朗普此举是在今年11月中期选举前，压低住房成本的最新努力。此前周三，特朗普表示，他将推动禁止机构投资者购买独栋住宅。
