智通财经APP讯，进腾集团(02011)发布公告，内容有关主要股东吴景明先生离世，以及吴卓轩先生(执行董事及吴先生之侄子)申请继承吴景明先生遗产中Central Eagle的全部已发行股份。吴卓轩先生的继承申请已获英属处女群岛之Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court批准，且转让Central Eagle的全部已发行股份及所有相关继承程序已于2026年1月9日完成。吴卓轩先生据此继承并取得Central Eagle的全部已发行股份。
于本公告日期，Central Eagle直接持有139,197,663股本公司股份，占本公司全部已发行股份约24.23%。紧随继承完成后，吴卓轩先生成为Central Eagle的唯一股东，因而成为本公司的主要股东(定义见上市规则)。经董事会确认，继承对本集团的营运及整体发展并无造成不利影响。
