　　天眼查工商信息显示，波司登股份有限公司成立于1994年6月，法定代表人为高德康，注册资本4.8亿人民币，经营范围包括本企业自产的服装、羽绒制品、床上用品出口等。股东信息显示，该公司由康博控股集团有限公司、江苏康博投资有限公司、高德康共同持股。对外投资信息显示，该公司对外投资40余家企业，其中30余家处于存续状态。知识产权信息显示，该公司登记多款广告语作品著作权，包括“羽绒服权威专家”、“中国防寒服专家”、“羽绒服（防寒服）第一品牌”等。
