Hong Lai Huat (SGX:CTO) named Lai Seng Fatt as the company's chief financial officer, effective Jan. 5, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the real estate and property development firm were up nearly 3% in Friday's late-morning trading.
Fatt previously served as the CFO of Meranti Power between 2022 and 2025, the filing showed.
