智通财经APP讯，升华兰德(08106)发布公告，于股东在2025年12月15日举行的股东特别大会上通过批准建议更改公司名称之特别决议案后，公司中文名称由“浙江升华兰德科技股份有限公司”更改为“浙江芯化兰德科技股份有限公司”之变更登记已获批准，且浙江省市场监督管理局已于2025年12月18日发出印有公司新中文名称的新营业执照。
于联交所GEM买 卖 股 份 的 英 文 股 份 简 称 将 由“SHENGHUA LANDE”更 改 为“XINHUA LANDE”，而中文股份简称将由“升华兰德”更改为“芯化兰德”，均自2026年1月16日上午九时正起生效。
