智通财经APP讯，和嘉控股(00704)发布公告，内容有关公司收到由中国信达(香港)资产管理有限公司针对公司的清盘呈请。于2026年1月12日，公司与中国信达(香港)资产管理有限公司 (信达香港)及╱或其附属公司订立补充协议;股份质押协议;押记及安排契据;及第三方托管协议，据此，信达香港同意就该呈请达成和解，信达香港同意公司提供附属公司的股份质押及应收款项作为补充协议项下的抵押，将信达贷款自补充协议生效起延长2年。
该等协议已签署，信达香港确认今天向香港高等法院撤回清盘呈请。
