美国能源部长克里斯-赖特（Chris Wright）在美国总统特朗普（Donald Trump）周五晚些时候与石油行业高管会面之前表示，美国 “确实有可能 ”利用其进出口银行帮助资助委内瑞拉的大型石油项目。

　　赖特在接受福克斯新闻采访时说，特朗普将帮助创造条件，允许石油公司在委内瑞拉开展业务，但大部分投资将由商业资本完成。他还说，石油公司尚未向政府要钱。

　　当被问及美国是否会像在其他行业一样参股这些公司时，赖特说，“还没有就此进行对话”。
