1月9日消息，据丰田中国官方微博，2026年1月7日，丰田汽车公司会长丰田章男与社长佐藤恒治在总部发表新年致辞。

　　2025年，丰田在全球共交付994万台汽车，创下历史新高，并推出多款全新车型。面对挑战与压力，丰田章男会长回顾过去一年时感慨：“大家经历了很多艰辛，感谢大家依旧齐心协力，全力以赴。”他强调，“ARIGATO（感谢）”不仅是对用户的感恩，更是对每一位奋斗者的致意。

　　展望2026年，丰田章男将年度关键词定为“场”。他表示，未来不是由某一个人决定的，而是需要所有人共同创造。“场”可以是战场、现场、市场，也可以是修罗场——它是每个人发挥价值、承担责任的空间。他提出三大行动方向：一是推进人才培育，避免丰田沦为“普通公司”；二是思考集团整体形态；三是推动企业文化活动。

　　丰田章男特别提到，自己即将进入古稀之年，已开始思考如何更好地使用余生。他立志要完成：培养下一代，不让丰田成为一家普通的公司。

　　“我们想为未来的世界留下些什么？”为此，丰田提出“TO YOU”的愿景——为了每一位用户的微笑而努力工作，制造更好的汽车，改变汽车的未来。
