智通财经APP讯，中天宏信(00994)公布，近期，公司一名控股股东中天宏信投资有限公司分别向一名独立第三方及一名现有股东控制的公司出售1.3332亿股、1.6亿股公司股份，分别相当于公司已发行股本的约12%及14.40%。
中天宏信投资约44.80%权益由林志凌女士持有，22.40%权益由林俊强先生持有，及22.40%权益由何俊杰先生持有。于订立该等协议前，中天宏信投资实益持有约5.99亿股股份，相当于公司已发行股本的约53.93%。
紧随该等出售事项完成后，中天宏信投资实益拥有约3.06亿股股份，相当于公司已发行股本的约27.53%。尽管于完成后，中天宏信投资于公司的持股比例低于30%，但根据证券及期货条例，中天宏信投资连同买方二(中天宏信投资的一致行动人士)于公司持有超过30%的表决权，因此彼等被视为公司的控股股东。
