智通财经APP讯，环球战略集团(08007)公布，于2026年1月12日，公司与江西洽田清洁能源有限公司(潜在卖方)订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，集团有意收购及潜在卖方有意出售宜昌市巨人加油站有限公司(目标公司)不少于51%的股权。目标公司主要业务为经营一个位于湖北省宜昌市伍家岗区的加油站。该加油站位处市中心黄金地段，毗邻主要道路及交通枢纽。
董事会认为，可能收购事项若得以落实，可为集团提供机会将业务范围扩展至经营加油站，与集团现有能源相关业务形成互补，并可能对长期业务发展作出贡献。
