智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，中信泰富特钢集团股份有限公司公开发行可转换公司债券委托中信证券股份有限公司(简称“中信证券”)及五矿证券有限公司(简称“五矿证券”)担任公司本项目的联席保荐机构。该项目的法定持续督导期为2022年4月15日至2023年12月31日。由于中信特钢募集资金尚未使用完毕，中信证券、五矿证券对此项目未尽事项继续履行持续督导义务。近日，中信特钢收到五矿证券发来的《关于更换公开发行可转换公司债券项目持续督导保荐代表人的函》，五矿证券委派的本项目保荐代表人乔端先生因个人工作变动原因，不再担任本项目持续督导的保荐代表人。为保证持续督导工作的有序进行，五矿证券现委派王雅婷女士担任公司持续督导的保荐代表人，继续履行本项目的持续督导职责。本次变更后，五矿证券对中信特钢公开发行可转换公司债券项目持续督导期间的保荐代表人为胡洁女士和王雅婷女士。持续督导期至中国证券监督管理委员会和深圳证券交易所规定的持续督导义务结束为止。
