　　2026年中国首席经济学家论坛年会于1月10-11日在上海举行，主题为“棋至中局：承前启后 建设强国”。花旗集团大中华区首席经济学家余向荣出席并发言。

　　余向荣表示，要拥抱AI，拥抱新经济，但要避免图灵陷阱。

　　他解释称，所谓图灵陷阱，是指人类总倾向于创造出足够聪明、可以以假乱真的机器，但这会带来一个悖论：如果机器足够聪明、可以以假乱真，那它就可以替代人，这就意味着人的价值可能会出现断崖式下跌。

　　他指出，技术进步有两种，除了替代人，还有一种是增进人的价值和效率。而“十五五”规划讲得很清楚，未来的主要目标是促进人的全面发展。所以，在科技政策领域，要以这一精神作为指导。
