智通财经APP讯，康沣生物-B(06922)公布，于2026年1月12日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人(LP Investment Holdings Group及郦军先生)订立认购协议，拟向认购人发行合共746万股H股股份，认购价为每股认购股份5.36港元，较当日在联交所所报收市价每股H股 6.52港元折让约17.79%。认购所得净额约3973万港元，80%拟用于与血管介入、呼吸介入及肿瘤介入相关的微创介入产品的研发、生产及商业化，以及就该等产品商业化的潜在海外业务扩张;及20%拟用作集团一般营运资金。
