智通财经APP讯，贵州银行(06199)发布公告，本行作为龙里国丰主发起行，拟承接龙里国丰全部存款。该事项已经2025年12月10日召开的本行股东大会审议通过。存款承接协议于2026年1月12日签署确认协议后生效。
根据存款承接协议，自承接日起，龙里国丰就标的存款项下形成的债务及相关权利，由本行承接。截止承接日标的存款本息总额共计人民币19.13亿元，减去龙里国丰随债务承继的相关权益，故承接对价为人民币18.49亿元。
本行承接标的存款及接受信托受益清偿将助推龙里国丰完成改革方案，全力保障存款人、债权人和员工等相关方的合法权益。存款承接协议及其项下交易的条款公允合理，符合本行及股东的整体利益。
