格隆汇1月11日丨神州控股(00861.HK)公布，有关拟出售DCITS股份事项。作为出售计划的一部分，神码软件已于2025年12月31日至2026年1月9日期间，透过集中竞价及大宗交易的方式出售了合共11,895,200股DCITS股份，约占DCITS全部股本的1.22%，其中9,359,200股DCITS股份是透过集中竞价出售，及2,536,000股是透过大宗交易出售，分别约占DCITS全部股本的0.96%及0.26%。透过集中竞价已出售DCITS股份的价格区间为每股人民币16.38元至人民币18.43元及透过大宗交易已出售DCITS股份的价格为每股人民币16.48元。已出售DCITS股份的总代价约为人民币2.03亿元(约合共港币2.26亿元)。截至公告日期，出售事项仍在进行中。 在出售已出售DCITS股份后，截至公告日期，神码软件仍是DCITS的控股股东，持有377,644,910股DCITS股份，约占DCITS全部股本的38.70%，而DCITS仍是公司的附属公司。
