智通财经APP讯，亚太资源(01104)发布公告，根据对集团截至2025年11月30日止5个月相关的未经审核综合管理帐目及目前可得资料进行的初步审阅，受任何其联营公司的分占业绩及╱或减值亏损调整、按公平值评估若干金融资产及╱或拨备调整或其他调整所限，相比截至2024年12月31日止6个月(24╱25年财政年度上半年)股东应占亏损约3.1亿港元，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止6个月(25╱ 26年财政年度上半年)取得股东应占溢利的估计范围约为14亿港元至19亿港元。此溢利主要由于资源投资分部的溢利贡献，而于24╱25年财政年度上半年的分部亏损约为1.84亿港元及一间联营公司的预期减值亏损拨回所致，而24╱25年财政年度上半年于联营公司的权益的减值亏损净额约为1.05亿港元。
