智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，1月9日，恒昌集团国际(01421)股东将股票由中国银河证券香港转入日发证券，转仓市值548.46万港元，占比7.39%。
恒昌集团国际发布公告，于2026年1月6日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已有条件同意作为公司代理人按尽力基准促使不少于6名承配人按每股配售股份0.34港元的配售价认购最多3336.5万股配售股份。配售股份经配发及发行配售股份扩大的已发行股份总数约16.67%。每股配售股份0.34港元的配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.42港元折让约19.05%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，则配售事项所得款项总额将约为1134万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额预期约为1054万港元，即每股配售股份的净发行价约为0.32港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额悉数用作集团一般营运资金。
