上周五（1月9日）在港交所挂牌上市的MiniMax（稀宇科技）（00100.HK）发布公告，整体协调人已于2026年1月9日悉数行使15%超额配股权，涉及合共437.964万股发售股份，由公司按每股165港元发行，额外募资总额约7.23亿港元，额外募资净额约6.97亿港元。
据此，MiniMax此次IPO全球发售股份达到3357.724万股，募资额升至55.40亿港元。
紧随悉数行使超额配股权后，公众人士持有的A类普通股总数约占已发行A类普通股总数的80.8%。据此，公司最新数据显示，该百分比高于公司上市时根据上市规则第8.08（1）条规定须由公众持有的A类普通股的订明百分比约12%，因此符合上市规则第8.08（1）条的公众持股量规定。
MiniMax上市首日每股收报345.0港元，涨109.09%，截至1月12日午间收市，MiniMax再涨30.72%，每股报451.0港元，总市值达1394.74亿港元。
