消息面上，美瑞健康国际公布关连交易，向宇业集团及谈文生女士收购江苏懿德合共100%股权，后者持有位于南京市的17项商业物业、3项住宅物业及34个停车位，总面积约5,306平方米，总现金代价1.25亿人民币，将以内部资源拨付。公告称，江苏懿德主要于中国从事股权投资及物业租赁业务。集团主要从事住宅及商业房地产业务。鉴于懿德物业所在地段优越，董事会拟透过江苏懿德持有懿德物业作投资用途，并从中获取租金收入。
