正在澳大利亚进行的三叶草生物呼吸道联合疫苗候选产品的 2 期临床试验，是一项随机、观察者设盲、多中心研究的临床试验，计划招募至多 420 名(60-85 岁)的老年受试者;他们将随机接种 SCB-1022(RSV+hMPV)、SCB-1033(RSV+hMPV+PIV3)或安慰剂。该研究将评估疫苗的安全性、反应原性及免疫原性。
