威海银行公布，于2025年12月24日，该行与财鑫资产订立内资股认购协议，该行拟向财鑫资产发行不超过327,989,709股内资股，认购价为每股内资股人民币3.29元，现金代价不超过人民币1,079,086,143元。本次发行募集的资金在扣除相关发行费用后的净额将全部用于补充该行核心一级资本。
