花旗发表香港地产行业报告表示，原先在2025年10月预测2026年香港住宅楼价升幅仅3%，目前已证明是过于保守，在2025年全年实际升幅4.7%(其中去年11月+1.2%及去年12月+0.8%)，2026年初至今已累涨1%。该行最新现修订2026年香港住宅楼价预测，由原来升3%上调至升8%，并预期2027年进一步加速，进入多年上升周期。
