名科国际（08100）发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得证券投资业务分部溢利约1080万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的证券投资业务分部溢利则为约519.3万港元。2025年财政年度证券投资业务的预期分部溢利乃主要归因于2025年财政年度期间透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的变现及未变现收益约1073.4万港元（2024年财政年度：变现及未变现收益约504.5万港元）。
