2026年中国首席经济学家论坛年会于1月10-11日在上海举行，主题为“棋至中局：承前启后 建设强国”。浙商银行首席经济学家殷剑峰出席并演讲。
殷剑峰表示，2026年对房地产，尤其是一线和核心二线城市，不需要那么悲观。十大城市中一线城市住房成交的套数，从去年以来基本上已经企稳，出售的套数从去年前年的32万套急剧下降到现在只有26万套，存量已经减少。
他同时指出，对股市也同样不必悲观。因为从改革开放这40多年历程来看，凡是马年都是助力企稳之年。受各种冲击的传统行业逐步恢复，第二周期性行业可能会迎来新一轮的周期，第三战略性新兴行业从幼稚到强大，新动能已经能够带动旧动能了。
