据知情人士称，美国制药巨头默沙东正就收购抗癌药物开发商Revolution Medicines进行谈判，交易金额为可能在280亿至320亿美元之间。

　　受此消息推动，Revolution的股价在盘后交易中上涨了近16%。

　　知情人士称，默沙东一直在寻求收购Revolution Medicines，但交易尚未敲定，并补充称，达成交易至少需要数周时间。

　　消息人士称，其他大型制药集团也在考虑收购Revolution，另一家竞购者可能会胜出，并补充称，交易并非板上钉钉。

　　默克对Revolution的潜在收购，将是自辉瑞斥资430亿美元收购癌症生物技术公司Seagen以来，近三年来制药行业最大的一笔交易。

　　默沙东的重磅抗癌药物Keytruda将在本十年末失去专利，自2021年以来，该公司通过内部开发和大型交易（如以115亿美元收购Acceleron的肺动脉高压药物Winrevair），其后期产品线已增长近两倍。

　　与Revolution的交易可能使默沙东获得其实验性药物daraxonrasib，该药物处于后期试验阶段，并已获得美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）的快速评估资格。

　　该药物旨在针对RAS基因的多种突变，RAS基因是主要癌症的常见驱动因素，包括某些胰腺癌、肺癌和结直肠癌。

　　瑞穗分析师估计，到2035年，Revolution的RAS抑制剂产品组合在全球的潜在销售额将超过100亿美元。
