Virtual Mind Holding (HKG:1520) said its chairman bought 1.5 million shares of the company from the open market, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
The apparels maker said Mei Weiyi holds 5.25 million shares and 17.5 million share awards, representing around 2.39% of the business.
